How This All Started

Kevin’s Home & Pet Concierge started with a simple idea: if people already trust me with their homes and pets, why not help with the rest of the things that make life a little easier?

I moved to Seattle in 2020 and built a successful pet-sitting business alongside a career in corporate marketing. After years of building someone else’s systems and managing someone else’s priorities, I decided it was time to build something of my own — around the kind of work I genuinely enjoy.

Over the years, I’ve cared for hundreds of pets and earned more than 150 five-star reviews. Along the way, I’ve learned that what clients value most isn’t just reliable pet care — it’s having someone they genuinely trust.

I also know what it’s like to be busy and wish you had someone dependable to take something off your plate — whether that’s checking on the dog, handling an errand, coordinating the details of a trip, or figuring out one of those little things you simply don’t have time for.

That’s what led me to build Kevin’s Home & Pet Concierge: a personal, local service for the pets, homes, errands, plans, and unexpected details that are easier when someone dependable is in your corner.

What started as a side hustle caring for Seattle pets has grown into a business with 150+ five-star reviews and years of repeat clients.

I genuinely enjoy the work — especially getting to know the personalities of all the neighborhood pets — and I take the trust that comes with caring for someone's home seriously.

Before Seattle, I spent roughly a decade working in high-end catering and event management, helping execute everything from intimate dinner parties to large-scale events and VIP experiences.

That background taught me how to anticipate needs, stay calm when plans change, and make sure the details are taken care of — skills that translate surprisingly well to concierge work.

Before building this business, I spent years working in corporate environments, including Amazon.

That experience taught me how to manage projects, build systems, stay organized, communicate clearly, and keep a lot of moving pieces on track. I also know what it's like to be busy and wish there were someone reliable who could simply take something off your plate.

I'm the person who actually likes making the plan.

I love travel, logistics, calendars, lists, and figuring out how all the little pieces fit together. I’ve also experienced some pretty great hotels, buildings, restaurants, and concierge services — and I’ve always thought there was room to make that kind of personal support more accessible and useful in everyday life.
